Washington, DC — Kidney Care Partners (KCP), the nation’s largest kidney care coalition, submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on the CY 2027 End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) PPS Proposed Rule.

KCP’s comments reflect the coalition’s ongoing efforts to advance Medicare policies that support high-quality, patient-centered kidney care, foster innovation across the kidney care continuum, and promote greater disease awareness and education. In its submission, KCP expressed its commitment to continued dialogue with CMS to strengthen the rule before it is finalized and encouraged ongoing stakeholder engagement following the comment period.
